Our pioneering health based football five-a-side league which supports men to lose weight and improve mental health through playing football! Our members regularly engage in weekly health challenges to gain points both on and off the pitch, as Featured on BBC Breakfast.
This is a Yorkshire XL 11's League APPROVED Weight Loss League.

On The Pitch
We play at GOALS Teesside from 7pm on a Wednesday evening. Games are 1 hour in length and rolling subs so don't worry about fitness there is as much or little gametime as you want.

On the Scales
Every week you can get weighed in and track your progress, you are rewarded for weigh loss in the league standings! Loosing can make you a WINNER!

Challenges
Weekly challenges to score more points and keep player engaged and motivated during the week. From Step Challenges, Fake-aways and even Triathlons. All Challenges are do-able by all levels and no one is at a disadvantage because e of fitness or size.

Food Tracking
One of the most successful ways to loose weight is tracking what you eat and tracking not only helps you score points but also helps our Facilitators help give advice and encouragement to help you achieve your goals we even have a community for all players.
