2024/25

2024/25 was a fantastic year for Fat2Fit, which saw its creation as the Mid-Week Mini League.

Originally games were played on a Thursday night, but this was moved after feedback from members. Challenges were introduced in Season Two, and have been an important element in the success of Fat2Fit ever since!

The league consisted of 4 teams, split fairly among members of all body types, abilities, availability and positional preference. Teams were encouraged to support one another, led by a Team Captain.

Each season consisted of 9 weeks, with each team playing each other three times, players were encouraged to track their food intake, and check in on the scales on a weekly basis, and were rewarded for doing so with points for their teams.

Games were played at either 7-8pm and 8-9pm each night, teams of 5, with rolling subs, at Goals Teesside.
